Grade-A Burma Teak logs inspected for density, grain, and moisture.
Kiln Seasoning
45-day kiln drying to reduce moisture below 10% for permanent stability.
Hand Joinery
Traditional mortise & tenon joints with zero nails for lifelong strength.
Polish & Finish
5-stage hand sanding and premium polyurethane or natural polish application.
